Pros

Free cable, internet, and phone. Commission plan is good but being reduced regularly. Flexible hours.

Cons

Overall culture in residential direct sales is not good. We are supposed to be the font lines and face of the company however we are treated 2nd rate easily replaced. Guidelines and rules for sales becoming more difficult every couple of months, which results in less sales. It's seems as though they want more sellers producing less sales to save on commission.

Benefits were decent; free cable, internet & phone

Cons

Horrible attendance policy that is impossible to meet, especially if you have kids. Angry customers. Greedy company that keeps raising it's prices. Treated like a preschooler with an overabundance of stupid rules.

Smart people work within the company. There is a strong sense of company pride that is promoted.

Cons

Leadership is mostly out for themselves, not the good of the company. The most qualified people aren't necessarily at the top. The people that play politics the best and know the most people are the ones given opportunities.
