Pros

The two best reasons for working at Charter are the quick access to healthcare and that if you live in the Charter service area you pay almost nothing for your services.

Cons

Retention call center management set criteria that has no chance of being met. Pay - even with commission - is low for the stress. Many people on discipline due to unrealistic rules. Call center employee turnover rate is very high. Management favoritism is pervasive.

Pros

Loosely run ship. You won't be micromanaged. When it suits management, there will be company activities.

Cons

You will be pressured to work unpaid overtime, although it is "your choice." The sales standards are absurd. Management has no idea how the day to day business is actually run.
