Pros

Capable of coming to the company and moving forward from within. This is a rarity in a majority of call center environments.

Cons

Sometimes perception is more of a skill than actual work.

Pros

Benefits are good, free services are a great perk, most supervisors are very nice. Good room for advancememtn

Cons

Overworked, when I was an hourly employee I worked about 9-10 hours a day which was fine, but when i switched to Salary I ended up working a minimum of 75 hours every single week. The work load was way too much, several others in my department were experiencing the same thing.

Pros

There is only growth if you are close & friendly with upper management.

Cons

Management personnel will only hire there 'favorite' which lead to many people that are qualified to leave & search for better opportunities. Performance yearly reviews are a JOKE, although there is an option to "Exceed Expectations" it is never possible to obtain that rating. Clearly unreachable expectations set by the company.
