Pros

Great benefits. Friendly people to work with. Management changes ALOT. Able to move around and up in the company.

Cons

Management changes too often. Company and product focus changes with management. Job duties are changed very quickly without thought of workload.

Pros

There is money to be made as long as you don't mind misleading customers.

Cons

Your title is Account Manager but your only focus is NEW sales, in order to be successful you have to sell yourself (as honest and supportive) the company (as honest and supportive) but as soon as they agree to the sale you have nothing to do with the customer. Your held to charge back but you have zero tools to fix a customers install, or technical issuies unless your willing to wait on hold for 45 minutes through the customer 800 line and ounce you have a rep on the line you have to get the customer on the phone to verify the act and hope the rep doesn't hangup, oh yeah and get sales.
