Pros

Access to sporting events for clients, expense account, great benefits

Cons

small base that never goes up, changing comp plans every year, weak support staff, un-attainable budgets, corporate initiatives that get in the way of selling, finance is running the show (not the sales managers), less money every year

Capable of coming to the company and moving forward from within. This is a rarity in a majority of call center environments.

Sometimes perception is more of a skill than actual work.

Pros

Ok pay if you want to work overtime and don't mind being yelled at all day this is your place.

Cons

Constantly forcing people to change their shifts, being yelled at by people for first world problems, Charters service is absolutely terrible and that is why there are so many complaint calls. The contractors do not care about the customers and then the customer calls in and yells at you. There are constant outages that upset people and charter doesn't seem to care as long as they are making a profit.
