Descent pay good benefits. Reasonable amount of freedom. Most employees are fun to work with. Free and reduced rate services

Regional management is disconnected from actual activity versus reports and numbers. Upper Managers will not hesitate to call you out in public. Constantly changing job requirements based on whims and innuendos. Emotional changes in procedure. They will sometimes double work load over night based on inaccurate information. The usual double standard for squeaky wheels and those who threaten law suits in protected groups. They use subtle intimidation tactics . HR is simply an interrogation group.
