No structure, no planning. No advancement in competition to market. Low skilled people are sitting at higher position who dont know anything

1. This company has a dumb leadership in US which is ruining the careers of so many employees and making a joke out of the customers. 2. I would specifically point out the freshers batch hired in 2017 full of inefficient and unsuitable Engg students picked up from mediocre colleges. The funny thing is they are pampered as if they are Tempe bright future who will be running this company and the senior and lateral folks are leaving the company continuously. 3. Lack of clarity, planning and the utter slowness of the processes are some great qualities of the company. 4. Do yourself a favour guys, never ever think about joining this company. I am not even mentioning the things that matter more i.e. learning, work culture, salary etc because they don’t actually exist here. 5. Ideal place for people who want to pass sometime before they move somewhere else.
