Pros

Free cable and internet, discounted pay per view.

Cons

Middle and upper management have no clue as to how to run a company. They have incredible employees at their fingertips and chose to ignore them. Its always what benefits the customer and never the employee. They are hemorrhaging excellent employees and do not care. If you are not part of the "good ole boys club" then count yourself out for anything. Good/excellent ideas go unnoticed. Charter has a do as your told mentality and when questions are asked the only repsonse you get is, "it is what it is".

Cons

upper management has no idea what is really important and what is not .Left hand does not know what right hand is doing. Change this for the worse for customers and employees. they do not listen to front counter staff and all that we have to say and know can improve the customers experience with us. never follow through on what needs to be done with certain bad EMPLOYEES not following policys ,,,,, i could go on and on

Pros

Bright House has great benefits. Free Internet and cable included in compensation. Great co-workers. Relatively up-to-date facilities.

Cons

Top-down micromanagement (You name it, it's going to get nit-picked.) Scheduling snafus abound. Many positions require relatively long contracts (3 years) compared to similar positions. Low pay in comparison to similar positions at other local stations. Promotions are hard to come by (they often hire out-of-house). Many overnight or weekend positions, with no rotation. Technical problems abound.
