great pay and benefits you deal with some bad customers but if you do not understand that coming in you are probably not competent enough to handle the position

Cons

monotonous, start with late hours, hard to move up in the company

Pros

The benefits are great, with good health care and free cable services. The quality of training is very good, the company makes sure you are prepared for your first day solo.

Cons

There is an extreme lack of accountability between departments. There are man times when something gets passed on to someone else and the customer is the one that suffers. Also, outsourcing our call centers is not effective. More customers leave us everyday because they do not receive quality help on the phone, and when they come in they hear a different story.

Pros

Very competent work force to be around. Well connected departments. Great health benefits.

Cons

Specifically in the the public access department, career advancement is just about non-existent.
