Pros

Base + Commission is certainly a plus

Cons

The role is within the call center realm and has quite the focus on daily schedule alignment which can be very frustrating at times.

Pros

$65-85k with commission is the average range of compensation right now from myself and many peers. Plenty of overtime and ability to work from home if in top 30%

Cons

At one time $100k was possible. Not really possible unless you want to work 60 hours a week, upper management is always on you and don’t take accountability for their own mistakes. Recently they have fired a lot of sups and agents for rules that were unclear due to management not making things clear. It’s like walking a tight rope you’re eventually bound to fall off. Work life balance is way off here and they just push you until your breaking point.
