Pros

Great benefits. Decent pay.

Cons

Leadership is heartless and two-faced. Little to no support on the floor. People get fired for anything and everything - where most other places will coach, develop and grow their employees. Don't expect that kind of fair treatment here.

Pros

Good benefits- health, free cable/wifi/phone, time off

Cons

Very poor management, unproductive reorgs and restructuring, needlessly stressful due to unrealistic and out of touch senior management expectations, low pay for existing employees with only minimal bump if promoted, secret pay and promotion scales

It's a mess

Pros

Good to very good salary and benefits. A lot of new Denver office spaces and gear. A lot of TLC from the vendors (very spoiled by them).

Cons

The higher up in the management chain, the more fighting, disorganization, and lack of consistent direction. There are a lot of people just walking around and going through the motions without really making any changes, unifying the merged companies or simplifying life. They come in, get paid, don't have to work very hard, then go home. HR/recruiting is a slow burn mess...I had call backs AFTER I was hired.
