Business Outlook
Pros
Freedom to explore new tech (if you can get your ticketed work done and are willing to put in 70 to 80 hours a weeks). The health insurance is good and is extremely cheap by comparison.
Cons
Too many hours. Pay is 50% to 75% of industry average. Management is inept. Upper management/C-suites are megalomaniacs. Business does not know what the hell they are doing -- requirements are pitiful. Mediocrity is the name of the game. Those who do less get ahead. Don't rock the boat or you are persona non grata.
