OK hybrid policy but slow growth, lower pay, and micromanagement

Pros

Fair PTO benefits after 5 years. Good health benefits, RSU match. Fair 401 (k) match. The hybrid work policy is lenient depending on the immediate leadership policies.

Cons

Lower pay than the normal local. New organization leadership is a micromanager for no reason. Transfers and career growth is slow. Conversion rates for our contractor colleagues are slow and they deserve better.
