      This company genuinely cares about its employees, and wants everyone to have the opportunity to succeed.

      Cons

      Sometimes they can be loyal to customers and employees to a fault, they don't recognize when a employee should be let go or a customer isn't really as profitable as it should be, so they turn down better work to continue pursuing the same ole projects.
