Great Pay, Horrible Conditions

Pros

Great pay with bonuses at higher levels. Great range of benefits available

Cons

Salaried, (60-80) hour work weeks including weekends, must be available 24/7 including vacations, toxic work environment, HR in pocket of highest management, no hybrid or work from home options

Pros

good salary and great employees

Cons

The company does not care about you from senior management up. Good management is fired for being there for their employees and disagreeing with a manager above them. All good talent has quit, good managers quit or are fired. Very demoralizing.
