Good benefits. interesting work. Direct supervisors are for the most part easy to work for. Free cable and company vehicle.

Cons

They make some snap decisions to save a few bucks without thinking about the long term repercussions. Low pay compared to other companies in the same industry. Constantly changing the procedures employees have to follow.
