Working by yourself at your own pace without management critiquing everything you do on a daily basis. BIyearly reviews with raises.

Cons

Long work days averaging 10-12 hours a day. Vehicles were not always very good quality.

i could go on and on and never be able to come up with a single pro about this ridiculous poorly run and managed company. there, I wrote 20 words.

Cons

management is a poor excuse for the human race. better put - they are not human. my job is exhausting for the horrible wages they pay. they offer insurance that covers nothing. they are always quick to criticize but they should look in the mirror. blah-blah-blah and yuk!

Monday through Friday job. Average 45-50 hrs per week. Managers, supervisors and co-workers all get along pretty well. Good camaraderie between all co-workers

Cons

Hourly pay below industry average. Some company policies are outdated and need to be reconsidered. Reconsider expectations/ rules in relation to pay. Pay more for CDL drivers
