Pros

Working at Speechify has been a really positive experience for me as a designer. The schedule is flexible, and I can plan my work in a way that actually makes sense for life. Important decisions are made quickly, so things don’t get stuck for weeks. The tasks are very different from each other, so you never feel like you’re drowning in routine. The team is smart, friendly, and moves fast, which keeps the work exciting.

Cons

Since the company is fully remote, I sometimes miss casual “watercooler” chats
