Very good professional colleagues. Good line management with very high involve to processes. Challenging tasks with great possibility to achieve high goals. Data driven approach. Very important product for wide inclusivity as initially dedicated to dyslexia and adhd people.

Cons

A bit uncomfortable higher management with kinda toxic way of communication. Hour-based working schedule with weird ancient time management system which doesnt really fit to every role
