Business Outlook
Pros
When you find a good manager your lucky. Keep your mouth shut and your head down, you'll be okay. Do NOT gossip, this place is like high school word always spreads around and people are ALWAYS talking about you and/or others.
Cons
No breaks, no 3rd shift premium, good management is hard to come by, labor hours are a nightmare, no free perks for employees, 3rd shift has only ONE employee, I feel unsafe going to the back for lengthy periods of time. I have currently interviewed with the competition and if a position is offered I will be leaving Speedway and I will NOT look back.
