      Opportunities for growth. Pay is decent for the area. Casual Fridays.

      Culture. Overworked on evenings and weekends. Strictly focused on company needs.

      Good place to work, not so good place to stay

      Pros

      Great benefits, and work atmosphere. Great new office building with amenities.

      Cons

      Work-life balance in accounting is non-existent during closeout. In other departments it is fine. Not really a ton of opportunities to move up from within the same department. Lack of communication from higher-ups about plans for the future. Can only think in 6 month segments.
