      Excellent benefits. Good bonus. Great career opportunities. Flexible. Work your way up into management. Teamwork. Great insurance and 401k options

      Work long hours part of the business. Retail management its really pretty awesome a great company to work with. I miss it

      Pros

      Great pay, ok benefits. Set your own schedule.

      Cons

      Ask too much of managers and CSRs. Not enough payroll to accomplish company mandated tasks. Petty drama allowed to exist and sometimes fueled by upper management. A lot of favoritism.

      Great Healthcare options, bonus system is very competitive, great customers

      Cons

      amount of hours given to complete required tasks, lacking support in some stores that are in bad areas and need extra to combat inner city issues ( extreme shoplifting, drug addicts using restroom as a shootup area
