Good 401k, guaranteed job, was amazing and people oriented
Cons
After 711 they change things quickly with no answers if there is questions and just expected to know everything when others don't. Dog and pony show when stores are actually struggling and its become about higher ups money. Also have a bad leader who doesn't do appraisals on time or care about his employees.
