      Decent Salary - Also bonus potential Lots of tools and guidance from corporate office Autonomy with your store Many areas to grow and learn in leadership, management and professional development

      Cons

      No work / life balance, almost required to work 7 days a week with no overtime pay, i.e. salary position - weekly hours exceed 65+ Too many metrics to make a monthly bonus, the new structure decreased bonus potentials and added too many variables to keep up as a whole Available scheduling hours can be too low to properly schedule the store
