terrible place, my supervisor made racist remarks toward me, I couldn't go to the restroom due to being the only staff on shift almost every night

Absolutely, positively, and utterly nothing

Cons

There is no work home life balance, pay is LAUGHABLE even coming in with the experience, they literally expect you to give up your life and safety. There’s no thought to employee safety from DMs. Actually there was a class action suit against them for underpaying women managers.
