Occasionally must wear multiple hats and take one for the team doing something you may not be as passionate about.

Great coworkers, great location, nice office space, ability to work for different kinds of clients.

Cons

Outdated and misused processes and technologies, little room for professional growth, little support from management, no change management or design thinking processes in place, limited discovery phase to manage client projects and relationships, lack of meaningful innovation.
