      Pros

      Very efficient and extremely reactive company with a long term vision of expansion who rewards all its staff and makes all feel welcome. Plenty of company actives and team building opportunities with an in depth long term training program. From interview to job start in 24 hours, Incredible turn around.

      Some people in the business are genuinely nice people, pressures can help develop you into a better recruiter

      Cons

      Extremely aggressive business owners, directors and managers who want want want of people all the time. Never seems to be enough and always wanting more from clients - huge profit margins making them a cream while there clients are bled dry. Majority of the senior management team is unworkable and unpersonable who treat staff like workhorses. Career opportunities are more dependant on if you can get on with the shirty management over actual successes.
