- Fast moving company - Awesome leadership from C-Suite down - Smart with finances, has avoided layoffs even in a tough economic environment - Very transparent in all they do - Fully covered HSA medical plan - Awesome co-workers
Cons
- Would love a matching 401k at one point - You need to be willing to move fast and make adjustments quickly. Not a good place if you aren't able to adapt quickly

I could name a thousand things I love about working at Spiff but to name a few of my favorites: the people and culture (very collaborative and hard working), the focus on our clients, the product, the management team, and the amazing engineering team.
Cons
Spiff is growing fast, so we are definitely experiencing some growing pains. Sometimes processes aren't completed formulated until we find a problem, it's all a just a part of working for a start up.
I love Spiff's focus on how the users of the software succeed. Most conversations around engineering tradeoffs end up resolving to who will use it and how valuable it will be to them. This is a great model for encouraging autonomy and staying focused on the needs of customers.
Cons
The company is really small, so there are lots of times when we haven't decided how to solve certain problems (i.e. code standards, linting rules, etc)
