This company was the greatest place I have ever worked until upper management made terrible decisions to cut costs for short term profit over investing in their own future. I give this company 5-10 more years top. Growth has completely stagnated.

Cons

This company has no idea how to manage video games and the digital games segment is being managed into the ground. Top level leadership is a revolving door of sycophants who will not stand up for you. The good ones leave and the bad ones don’t know what they are doing.
