Pros

Challenging environment, as in you need to keep up with your knowledge! Many different projects going on in all different technologies and languages. Great people to work with and you will learn from them. Many different teams to be involved with. Flexible schedule.

Cons

You get out what you put in. If you only work with one language or have an ego this is not the place for you. You need to be flexible and willing to be challenged and learn. Harder to get on a long term project.

Pros

- Great mentorship from senior developers - Projects challenge you to grow as a developer - Teammates responsive if you reach out to them - Management is available if you want to talk and really listen to you - Learning new things is highly encouraged - Freedom to primarily focus on work in the area that you have interest (i.e. embedded, cloud, mobile) - Flexible work schedule (you can work remotely or come into the office) - Flexible dress code (you can wear anything from T-shirt and sandals to a full suit) Note: most people lean to the more casual side. - Located two blocks from downtown Holland

Cons

- Pay is slightly (not by much) lower than average in the area
