Joining this company is the worst decision you could make for your career. The negative reviews here are 100% true and resonate with the collective experiences at spinutech. I was underpaid, overworked, and undervalued.

Cons

I don't even know where to start. This company drained my mental and physical health, all while losing culture, big clients, and great team members.

My experience at Spinutech has been nothing but stressful, frustrating, and unrewarding. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

Leadership is two-faced and greedy. They act like they have your back and your best interests at heart, but they really only care about making money. They make decisions that benefit them at the expense of employees, set high expectations and make unreasonable demands, and make false promises to keep you working here despite the awful work conditions.

Cons

Work/life balance, support, training, "senior" leadership are all a mirage. High-level leadership talks about striving for low turnover rate but does little to make that happen.
