This business is not good and imploding - Several rounds of lay offs, faking everything is fine, culture is not there (despite their attempt to market it), leadership is unaware of what they are doing, zero compassion for people (yet they boast it online). Please save yourself the disbelief this is a functioning company and go elsewhere. Growth here is an empty promise. It's alarming and nearly should be reported how much HR does not have outlined. And if it is outlined, it's likely they used used 100% ChatGPT to create it.
