This is a small but growing company.

Cons

One owner, her opinion is the only one that matters in the end, make sure you can manage up and be prepared to be turned down if you can't convince her. Small company politics ect. HIGH employee turnover

Really nice kitchen. Modern decor.

Cons

Management and strategy are mercurial. The CEO will skip your bonus to pay for private planes. Titles don't equal competence but they hand them out as if they make a difference. Single moms and people of color are hourly, everyone else is salaried. On paper, it's everything you hope for in a woman/veteran-owned business. In practice, it's a train wreck.
