      Great environment to learn, develop, and make a difference

      Pros

      Easy to talk openly about issues/ideas with management, you are not penalized for being honest and you can expect management to be honest back. A lot of work to be done and tech to learn. Feel like you are making a difference to the company. Pay and benefits are good. Amazing culture and people to work with.

      Cons

      Growing pains are present. Teams have grown a lot and continue to grow so there is still work to be done to get all work and visions in scope. Less than concrete paths to advance.

      Pros

      - Everyone at Splash is very friendly, there is very little workplace toxicity - Benefits are pretty good for a company of Splash's size

      Cons

      - C-level management doesn't really seem to know what direction they want to take the company, as a result we've been rather stagnant - Pay is decent, but management has made it clear bonuses and raises are off the table - There is no upward mobility within the company - The CTO is constantly trying to shoe horn obscure technologies in the tech stack where there is no logical use case - Projects are often abandoned halfway through, very little actually gets done besides busy work

      Pros

      The management of the development team works hard to help foster a strong sense of unity among the team and actually listens to the issues that arise and then takes steps to correct them. The rest of the people on the team are hard working, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The compensation is easily better than any other place in Cleveland I've worked.

      Cons

      The workload can be intense at times
