Pros

I've never worked at such a human first company...ever. With everything going on in the world today, it's so impressive and respectable that Splice makes decision with employee's at the forefront. From return to office, to flexible time off, employee health & wellness is always top of mind. Splice understands that life can be hard and does it's part in supporting employees on the human level.

Cons

With any start up there can be growing pains, but I couldn't be happier to have joined Splice. The product is industry leading, the people are smart and respectful and the culture is fantastic.

Pros

Splice has great and caring people. We really are changing the music industry and it’s exciting to be part of that. Splice also does diversity and inclusion seriously and authentically. It's not just for show.

Cons

Need more focus. Too often the leadership team chases shiny objects or tries to do too many things at once. There are too many teams with 1-2 people who are expected to deliver a lot.

Pros

Overall Splice has good benefits, decent compensation packages, and they genuinely have employees who care about creators. I have the opportunity to WFH which is great and hope that a virtual workplace becomes something permanent at Splice.

Cons

Leadership needs to slow down. Too many things get thrown at teams last minute and it isn't fair for those involved in executing. I understand that we are working for a start up and things move quick but moving quick causes burnout. People will leave if they feel like they constantly can't catch a break.
