Pros

- Great opportunities to explore new technologies - Creativity is highly encouraged - People team is really inclusive and is concerned about the employees health - Great salary

Cons

- A challenging working environment where new features are combined with tech debt - Managers can be stubborn sometimes - Not enough time for all the initiatives we want to implement.

Pros

Salary is decent It's fun if you are on the "right" team Good wlb, again, if you are on the "right" team.

Cons

The company likes to present an image that they care about people, and diversity, and whatnot, but the truth is they don't really care about you or anything so long as you are delivering, some teams have lost 80% of their devs in few months, due to burnt out and other factors. Really hard to level up, there is a one-year review cycle, and is not your manager or anything you work with who is responsible for leveling you up, its... finance? so there really isn't much you or your manager can do. All you get as feedback is an empty non-actionable comment.
