Pros

Almost a year out from moving to a WFH format due to the global pandemic, I have never felt that the company does not care first and foremost about my well being. Throughout this time, our leadership has done so much to keep our company engaged, having fun, and operating in a healthy manner while being aware of everything going on in the world. I've never been apart of work culture as aware and transparent as this.

Cons

None that comes to mind right now. All I can say is that I've heard unfortunate stories of friends that are struggling in their current companies and I am very fortunate to be apart this company.

Pros

Splice has great and caring people. We really are changing the music industry and it’s exciting to be part of that. Splice also does diversity and inclusion seriously and authentically. It's not just for show.

Cons

Need more focus. Too often the leadership team chases shiny objects or tries to do too many things at once. There are too many teams with 1-2 people who are expected to deliver a lot.
