I had the opportunity to interview with Splice, and the experience was incredibly positive. From start to finish, the process was well-organized and efficient. The HR team was prompt and clear in their communication right from scheduling the interview to providing feedback post-interview. My experience interviewing with the finance & accounting team was extremely positive. It's evident that they value their team members and are dedicated to finding the right fit for their roles. I would highly recommend Splice to anyone looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any significant negatives from my interview experience.

The recruiter, hiring manager and additional interviewers were on their A-game with the process! Start to finish, the timeline moved swifty, communication was clear and next steps were plainly stated.
