Pros

Even though the company is mostly remote, it really felt like I made real connections with my co-workers and that people cared about my well-being as a person, not just as an employee. There was also a big emphasis on diversity and inclusion starting at the leadership level. From a more tangible standpoint, they pay pretty competitively and there was a $500 annual learning stipend.

Cons

Although it was getting better before I left, there were sometimes conflicts within prioritization of new things we were building.
