Pros

If you're passionate about music or are a music-maker yourself, there's much to be excited about working here. Everyone here is super into music and really into actually changing the music-making ecosphere (even if there's some stumbles across the way). Creative teams are churning out really great work and all around, I like telling people I work at Splice. Artists, content, brand, and marketing teams are doing really fantastic and fun work.

Cons

Engineering and product teams seem to have a ton of management issues. Unclear company prerogatives, tons of employees whose roles are unclear, difficult to get a sense of what teams' goals actually are. General disorganization, severe growing pains, office space is cramped and difficult to work in.
