Lack of consistency between management & leadership. They don’t know what they want and will lie to your face to get you to comply.

Pros

I loved the people I worked with day to day. Smart, engaged, passionate. The technology we worked on was super interesting.

Cons

Upper management is incredibly political for such a small company. Not transparent with subordinates. They pride themselves on keeping headcount low and squeezing employees to the max. I saw multiple times people get laid off to hire other positions instead of keeping good people. Do not come here if you want a stable job.
