Pros

Sploot provides some of the highest pay rate for veterinary assistants in the Denver-area with amazing benefits. The community inside the clinics is outstanding and has provided friendships for me that expand outside the workplace. Everyone is willing to help a hand throughout the day. Sploot also prides itself on providing a work-life balance and management is very transparent and open to feedback.

Great culture, team mentality, four 10 hour shifts, can bring pets to work.

Cons

Some new clinic quirks you gotta shake out, actively trying to open more clinics. Anyone new should be comfortable with the idea of training and positive communication.
