Pros

Sploot has a much better caseload than a standard GP, but not as challenging as a ER caseload. The ability to swap shifts with other associates and change your home schedule is the biggest selling point. You can move shifts around and take vacations without using PTO. I have been with sploot for two years now and haven enjoyed it overall.

Cons

Being a startup, there can be lots of change. Sometimes this changes for the better sometimes not. The company is very adaptable and open to feedback from employees.

Sploot does a phenomenal job taking care of their employees. Tons of benefits, pet perks, and great 401k matching. I also think they are structured very well compared to a lot of other companies out there. Have already referred several people!

Cons

We don't have routine surgery days, which would be nice, but management does a great job taking care of last-minute schedule adjustments and accommodations.
