      Good benefits, typical big company beurocracy

      Pros

      Good pay, benefits. Still entirely Remote (no promises now that Cisco bought it)

      Cons

      Top executives don't understand how their decisions affect the rank and file (ex. last round of layoffs was spread out over a two month period. wtf?) Teams are siloed.
