Pros
I've enjoyed the ability to grow technically on my field of expertise. I have had the freedom to choose what projects to work on. Management has given me the opportunity to grow and advance in my career. A great place to work, awesome atmosphere, freedom to work from any where. I'm challenged technically almost every day. Pre IPO!!
Cons
We're growing too fast, so there are lot of new faces around. I guess that's not too bad of a problem, but If I have to move my desk again, I wont be happy.
