Pros

Interesting work, interesting people. Friendly collective. Best work/life balance. Company is still growing, a lot of career opportunities.

Cons

Cannot say that it is real "Cons". There are some benefits which other companies have, but not Splunk, like free parking (Splunk has a commute benefit, which returns taxes you paid for your commute), free lunches (we have free snacks, lunches 1-3 times a week). But all of that minor issues.
