Casual, come to work as you are environment, flexible, great pay&benefits, easy to balance work and home, fully remote, great product, great coworkers. Some seriously excellent management.

Cons

It's still a bigger tech org - sometimes makes things bureaucratic and slow. Some crappy senior leaders.
