I have worked in Silicon Valley for 10 different companies spanning over 25 years. When I joined Splunk in 2016, I had no idea I was about to embark on one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.
I put my best foot forward and through my time here, have received awards and promotions that I was not expecting. As a result, I'd rank Splunk among the top 2 companies I've worked for.
The people are great, work/life balance is excellent, the Company is in an exciting market, and they are super focused on building a diverse and inclusive culture.
Cons
I cannot think of any. Having a long career over many companies really puts things into perspective for me.
