Pros
Most coworkers I've met are invested in the vision of Splunk, great benefits, general care for employees via extra holidays.
Cons
Splunk's design culture is young and as such working relationships are filled with growing pains. Bureaucracy is terrible and very ego driven rather than process based or what's best for customer needs. Very hard to grow in your role. High turnover and a lack of a cohesive vision from leadership leads to a lot of knowledge loss.
