Smart and fun colleagues who care about their customers.

Cons

Middle-aged white men make up the bulk of leadership from frontlines to the top. Women who are allowed to progress are comfortable doing primarily administrative work. As soon as financial pressures become prevalent, an outsized percentage of women were let go.
